The program is designed to take your speaking, coaching or other teaching materials and convert that material into a working online course or coaching program. These are materials that you already use with in-person audiences or coaching clients where you work one-on-one. The goal here is to increase the size of the audience you can reach by taking it online.
Before we get too far, I want to warn you. This is not a program that’s design to be a walk in the park. I’ll be providing you with a step-by-step program with specific tasks you will need to address. If you follow the steps (and please don’t skip any), you’ll get to your end destination. I assure you. It will take some effort. It’s your program and your commitment to make it happen is key here.
As I mentioned in my sales materials, this is for business owners that are open to being open minded. We all have ideas about how our materials works. We have our version of how it comes across to our audiences and coaching clients. We think we know how it works best. While this program does assume your program works today, I want to encourage you to take a step “outside the box” (sorry for the cliche here) and begin to look at your teaching, training and coaching materials like an outsider. Assume it doesn’t work and what you want to accomplish here is to get it working.
This more objective perspective will work wonders to validate how best to proceed.
